The Civic Circle Bangladesh E-learning platform is a flagship digital initiative under the Nagarik Shamannay project. How Our E-learning Platform Trains CSOs and CBOs
This platform is more than just a website; it is a specialized digital training hub designed to sustain the impact of our field-level interventions. Here is how we use this platform to empower local organizations:

• From On-site to Online: We have successfully conducted physical training sessions on Leadership, ICT, and Communication. These high-impact onsite modules are being converted into comprehensive digital courses, allowing representatives from even the most remote areas to access high-quality training at their convenience.
• Strengthening Organizational Capacity: To ensure local organizations operate with professional excellence, we provide specialized courses in Data Management, Stakeholder Mapping (GIS-based), and Organizational Governance.
• Accessible and Scalable Learning: By moving training to a digital format, we remove the barriers of travel and time. CSO and CBO members can now enroll in certified courses that are affordable, easy to follow, and culturally relevant.
• Certification and Expert Mentoring: Every course is designed with practical assessments. Upon completion, learners receive certification, and the platform provides a channel for ongoing mentoring from industry experts and project leads.
